We were able to have a quick tour of the Warren County Extension Master Gardeners Certified Monarch Waystation between much-needed rain showers and blustery winds. Kathee Morgeson gave us an informative introduction to how the Waystation gardens were established last year as a Warren County Master Gardeners research project. Many species of butterflies, moths, and bees have been observed in the 40 x 30’ area. Stop by the waystation throughout the summer and fall to see the wide variety of native (and non-native) plants blooming beside the parking lot of the Warren County Cooperative Extension building on 5162 Russellville Rd, Bowling Green, KY.
