Welcome!

Welcome to the Wild Ones Southern Kentucky Chapter

The Wild Ones Southern Kentucky Chapter was chartered in March 2020 and serves Southern Kentucky (centered around the Bowling Green area) and the northern edge of Tennessee. We meet monthly for workshops, field trips, plant sales, gardening projects, and more. Our in-person meetings are typically held in the River Birch Room of Lost River Cave on the second Tuesday of each month. Check the event listings below for more information.

We would love to see you at our events, and we encourage you to join as a member. Come and get your hands dirty!

Connecting people and native plants for a healthy planet.

About the Event

This free family-friendly activity will take you through the steps to create food sources for birds and other wildlife using pinecones, seeds, dried fruit, and other natural items. Best of all, you will take home your creation to feed your neighborhood birds!

For those with food allergies, please be aware that peanut butter and lard are used in the bark butter.

There will be four sessions on Sunday, January 19 at 1:00, 1:30, 2:00, and 2:30 pm. Registration is required, and spaces are limited, so register today!
