Thursday, June 30 Wild Ones SoKY hosted a garden tour at Wild Ones SoKY Member Lizabeth’s house. Lizabeth’s main goal with her garden is to attract native wildlife include bluebirds, butterflies, dragonflies, bats, owls, hummingbirds, moths, and lightning bugs. She has been at this property for nearly 5 years and has worked to remove invasive plants and add native, ecologically beneficial plants. Lizabeth lead a tour around her garden and talked about native plants she has planted and their uses in attracting wildlife.
