Scottsville KY Ordinance Approves Natural Landscaping

NEWS 40 WNKY – SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. – After being reported for violating a city ordinance, one nature enthusiast worked alongside city government to come up with a new city ordinance to allow natural landscapes on private property. Tosha Clark, who started this project with her husband six years ago, wanted to make her home inviting to box turtles which then evolved into providing a whole habitat for various forms of small wildlife.
