June's monthly meeting will occur at Wild Ones Member Lizabeth Likins' house. Lizabeth's main goal with her garden is to attract native wildlife including bluebirds, waxwings, bats, owls, hummingbirds, butterflies, dragonflies, moths, and lightning bugs. She has been at this property for 5 years and has worked to remove invasive plants and add native, ecologically beneficial plants. We will tour her garden focusing on native plants and talk about ways to attract native insects and animals. Come and share your ideas and thoughts or get inspiration for your own garden!
