Public Welcome Registration Required Free Event Home/Private Garden Tour Nature Walk/Hike Free Public Parking Lots of Physical Activity
Join us for a special native plant walk at Rosy Creek Farmstead in Jetson, Butler County. Anna and Jake Greinetz are generously opening their 76-acre farm, a diverse ecosystem boasting wetlands, ponds, woods, and pastures, for a unique exploration. We'll start by admiring the wildflower beds near the house, then venture towards the woods to discover a wide array of native wildflowers.
Please note: the exact address will be provided after registration. Register now.
Attendees should park by the garage if you're comfortable with a fairly steep gravel hill (3-minute walk), or at the bottom by the barn for more even terrain, but only 4-wheel drive vehicles should park at the bottom. Remember to wear sturdy boots, cover your legs and arms, and bring your preferred tick and chigger prevention. We can't wait to explore with you!
