Although COVID-19 cases are declining in many parts of the country, and restrictions and masking
requirements are being lifted, we want everyone to stay healthy. When you attend any Wild Ones in-person event, masks are always in fashion, and we ask that you follow the guidelines below.
COVID-19 Attestation
I attest that the following is true:
- I have no cold or flu-like symptoms including fever, cough, or shortness of breath.
- I do not suspect that I or someone in my household is positive for COVID-19.
- I have not tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 10 days.
- I have not been diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 10 days.
If any of the above statements is not true, I will not enter the facility or the event space and I will not participate in the event.
